FTC Announces Payments Made in Credit Game Scheme
On June 26, 2025, the FTC announced that it was sending checks and PayPal payments to 9,224 consumers affected by the Credit Game scheme operated by Michael and Valerie Rando. If consumers have any questions regarding the payments, they can contact the Refund Administrator, Simpluris, at 833-296-0723. Additionally, consumers can visit the FTC website to view frequently asked questions about the refund process. Neither the Receiver nor the Receiver’s counsel has information regarding the refund process or payments made to specific consumers.
